Vmedia?

Does anyone here have experience with the Canadian ISP Vmedia? Ive read some reviews online that were mostly negative, but about 90% of them were about their TV service box, which is of no concern to me. Im only interested in their Internet. From what i can tell, they piggyback off of other ISP's lines, and in my area, that would be Shaw. Ive seen some reviews complaining about drop-outs, and since they are using Shaw's lines, my experience with Shaw has had almost no drop-outs at all. So i assume they will be fine for me? 

I would love your guy's imput/experience with them
