UPDATED BUILD

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NdnHwP

This is my build that I have made, I am looking to play csgo mostly yet possibly some demanding games like gta V later on. I want these games to be at 60+ fps at all times no problem preferably medium settings or higher. My guess is my parents will cheap me out and only let me get like a 720p monitor but still judge it like it was going to be at 1080p.

The main thought of this build is to make it as cheap as possible that way my parents will let me get a computer other than a shitty laptop for $150 off of a shelf at Walmart.......Yes I am that guy in CS:GO right now with 10-15 fps... tragic....

Anyway recommendations are greatly appreciated and do realize that I probably wont be building/getting any of the parts till mid summer (june or july) so there is no rush.

Thanks!!

Just to let you guys know(since I forgot) my price range will not go any higher than 450 USD, or at least I am trying my heart out not to go above.

Do you already have the parts with no price?

tbh, well done. the PSU is quite crap, but since the 750Ti gets all the power it needs from the motherboard i'd say it's excusable, i just wouldn't recommend going to crazy on any OCs on the 6300.

If you won't be getting the parts until mid summer, re-post asking for help at that time; a lot can change in half a year! :)

Even from one week to the next which part is cheapest can change just due to sales starting and ending, but in that much time we may even see new products come out.

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

I have looked at the GTX 950 and I was wondering how well it performs compared to the GTX 750ti, since there is that $50 gap.

Yeah sorry about that, my parents are really rough when it comes to all of this computer wanting stuff so I want a reference build right now so they can see the price and all.

Its better and worth the extra 50 but a 750 ti is fine as well just not as good.

Wait what was changed? You put the graphics card back, but the price is farther down.

If you are going to go GTX 950, go and get a R9 280 or 280X or something off of ebay, it would stomp all over a 950.

This build is about 45 bucks over your budget (assuming you can save some money up by summer) but its a heck of a lot more powerful than a 750ti because a 280 is a midrange card instead of a low-end card like a 750ti
