the specs for it is:

CPU: AMD Athlon 760k @stock
Motherboard: MSI fm2 a55m e33
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 4890
OS: Win7

PSU: Plexgear PS-500

The PSU has 2 12volt rails with 20 amps each, so it should be able to hande the GPU.

what happened before it broke?

i have switched the RAM sticks to a pair of 2x2gb, and i switched from my GTX660 back to my old 4890.

It should work just fine, the fans are turning and im not getting any beeps

Switch RAM around again. Are you sure the graphics card is okay?

yea, tried it before i switched out anything else. I were running it on a Coolermaster GX Lite 600watt PSU, which makes me think the new PSU might be the problem, but it shouldnt as it has quite high amperage

yea, found the problem, the motherboards 24pin was not properly put in and one of the RAM sticks were dead. I had my younger brother putting it together as it is him who will be using it.

it is my old parts, i upgraded to a i5 4690k, MSI Z97S Krait edition and a 240gb SSD, i was tired of being on the lower end of the specs all the time.
