windforce LED color change

my gtx 970 LED doesnt go with my black and red color scheme at all. anyone know how i could change it to red without  voiding my warranty. p.s. i seem to recal a video where luke put something over the LED so if anybody knows which video it is please post a link thanks.

You can use sharpies, or @CarterDavison method.
