CPU block and pump combo?

Hi there, I don't watercool so I don't really know much about the products out there, but I was wondering if there are CPU block and pump combo units that are equal or surpass the quality/efficiency/silence of AIO units? Thanks.

Swiftech Apogee Drive II. It will be able to handle two GPUs.

 

The unit itself will product the same amount of noise as an AIO, perform the same, and the quality will most-likely be the same. One of the better CPU/Pump combos in my opinion.
