It's not bad. There are better ones, but it's certainly not bad. It's decent.

Well because I bought all these parts for $900 but they were all sealed up except the graphics card:) but thanK you I thought I needed to upgrade my psu in order to run the 980ti ! I know if I go so then I would but you guys recommend any psu so later on I know which one to upgrade too?

It's not bad. There are better ones, but it's certainly not bad. It's decent.

I have a EVGA Hybrid and a very similar set up! It's an amazing card. Mine boosts to 1366mhz and overclocks to 1500mhz on the core. If you want change the PSU but it hasn't even caused the fan to turn on with my RM750, ever.
