If it doesn't need to be a 'gaming' grade mouse, I just picked up a Logitech M510 and am pretty happy with it. I MUCH prefer my G502, but overall, pretty happy with it. If you want a gaming grade mouse, G602 would be a good shout. It is about £9 more expensive than you wanted according to Amazon UK (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00ESVLW0O?keywords=g602&qid=1453828210&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1), but looks to be a good mouse.

By the way, what's the Inspiron 7559 like? I'm looking at getting one.

thanks i will look in to them xD

Haven't had it long enough to give a proper review but the laptop is good, great value for the price and performs really well. keyboard and track pad could be better but I prefer a mouse to the pad anyway. overall I'm happy with the purchase :D
