Decent Headphones in 80 dollar price range

So I want to get some new headphones but I would like a second opinion before I buy anything. I do know I want around the ear headphones and I would like closed rather than open air.  As for some background information I have an 80 dollar price range, use them for gaming and music, and am using onboard audio (EVGA z68 FTW mobo which uses Realtek ALC889 chipset). Also would it be a good idea for me to get a headset rather than just headphones or should I just use my separate mic that I have now.Feel free to ask for anymore information that you might need for a better recommendation.

also consider the AKG K240s.  I have a hard time finding any major flaws it has over my HD650. Besides the earpads.  But I hate plethor.
