New build help and ideas

jamesfindlay3

Hi I am planning a new build and I have it pretty much planned out I am just looking on ways to make it cheaper without impacting performance (and if possible make it better for less)! Any help would be appreciated on ways to make it cheaper/improved. Thanks' for the help!

No possible way, other than going for a 390 and 6400 and oc only using the strap not multiplier.

You could pick up a cheaper PSU like the EVGA G2 550W or 650W. That'll save you about 50 pounds.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

CPU has twice the threads, double the SSD storage.

Spending all that extra for overclocking probably isn't worth it

the 390 is a better card than the 970 overall

and I upgraded the display to a 1440p IPS display, you could potentially fit in a 4k IPS free-sync display, but it's 359 pounds
