Questions about AIO coolers

So I finally decided to buy my first aio liquid cooler from NZXT (Kraken X61) and I just have some questions to ask.

 

1.) Does it require more power?

2.) When setting up push pull config, which setup is better?

     a.) (Inside of case) || (2 140 air flow fans) |Radiator| (2 static pressured fans) || (Front intake)

     b.) (Inside of case) || (2 140 static pressured fans) |Radiator| (2 140 static pressured fans) || (Front intake) 

3.) Please share some of your experiences (also risks)  with AIO coolers.

1. yes as you will have a pump/fan compared to just fan.

3. I have no experience, but risk is leak, which will probably take your PC with you.
