New? 750ti is the only thing I can think of they can be as cheap as 100 bucks (for gaming), I think at least one model is 104 right now. Used is likely the way to go though.

if you're buying used, just make sure you go to sellers place and test everything

If you can stretch that budget at all, usually the sweet spot for performance to price is higher than $100
