Shout out to the community, good recommendations for a x99 mobo that supports Displayport/ Thunderbolt, HDMI 2.0 connections. I want to stick with x99 as I don't think much of the new Z170 skylake.  I am looking to build a future ready 4k build (4096x2160) on a 144hz monitor to last a few years without much tinkering.
