Hi! I built a middle cost gaming machine (i5-4570, 8GB ddr3, GTX660Ti) and of course a new case, an Antec One and a new PSU, a corsair CX (600W). (All this for under 800$, huge step from a Q6600 and 8800GTX)

When I was assembling it, I noticed my case has a grid in the bottom, so I can put my psu facing the floor.

My question is, which way is the best?

PSU taking air from the gpu : heated air?

PSU taking air from the floor: dust?

I put it to take air from the flood, I'll keep an eye open for the dust, but I would like to hear your opinion, or advice.

If there is a fan filter... have it face down... if there isn't one then have it face up.

facing down, looks better and better cooling for psu. if there is no fan filter get a magnetic one and stick it on.

This is pretty much all you need to know. Dust doesn't go too well with PSUs.

I'd have mine facing up for a simple reason, my home town has a lot of dust and the dust is rich in metal which could potentially fry the PSU if it lands in the wrong spot.

I prefer playing with heat rather than dust, dust has messed up so many computers it's not even funny.  (not mine I have a compressor in the back of my car only for cleaning my pc)
