RMA it or return it and buy a new keyboard

one that isnt from razer

Basically the same thing happened to my Blackwidow keyboard but that was a few years ago now and I thought that Razer would of fixed that issue by now.

 

Try using it in different usb ports or a different computer and if it still does it then RMA it or return it if possible and get a better keyboard.
