So I'm looking at getting a different computer for doing my school work on. This year I've been using the Microsoft Surface RT and it's been working just fine for most of the things I need it for. Lately I've been getting annoyed with the fact i cant download and run applications and I'm extremely limited on out of school uses due to this fact. Plus I've been thinking of getting a new laptop for awhile and I saw this as a good time to ask around and see some options. What I'm looking for is a $400 or less laptop where I can do my school work on and be able to use it as an everyday computer (Non gaming already have a rig for that :P ). Any suggestions?
