Can anyone build be a computer that's under $400 that will be able to stream movies and videos, browse the web, play games, and Microsoft office? I want it to be able to last 5 to 6 years.

Cuz you could do like an i3 build and add GPU in like 6 months or year

I think I will be upgrading it in the future but I want it to last a least 5 to 6 years not dying on me.

Theres no need for a nice case and you could for XFX which is cheaper for PSU and with saved money you could add HDD and better GPU

Depends on which games and settings.

 

If you're talking like solitare, then that's easy, but if you're talking like GTA 5, Fallout 4, etc... on at least decent settings, then not so easy..
