It is reporting my 5v rail at 2.985v and my 12v rail at 13.552 volts.

This doesnt seem good, do you think its just the program?

It might actually be that bad, for all we know. But I'd like to think that your PSU is a good one.

Disable Cool 'n' Quiet or whatever it's called in the BIOS, and then look at voltages reported by the BIOS. And then turn Cool 'n' Quiet or whatever back on because you probably don't want that on 24/7.

Sig under construction.

I have a seasonic psu, i wouldent think it would.

And I wouldent think the pc would work with voltages like that.

I could test it with my multimeter, but then I would have to open my pc, and its not easily accesable

There was someone who made a post a while back who was using a really shitty PSU and he was getting voltages reported that appeared to be way off, and it was believable. No clue if I can find it.
