(GMOD) why is this frametime so bad

Hi

 

today after i added loads of mods (200)

and launched Gmod I get this crazy high frametime 4000 to be precise

and after I verified gmod 1 file got reacquired but still no difference.

In the AMD driver, check if FRTC (Frame Rate Target Control) is on, and if it is, turn it off. Could also be a monitor issue though.
