Does this cooler fit

So i have a Sharkoon T28 case, which is perfect for my needs, but i want a new cpu cooler(stock one does the job perfectly, i dont OC, but ruins the look). Im going for the aesthetics side, i want either a blue, white or black cooler(i dont like 212 EVO). I found this Silverstone AR01. Highest CPU cooler that fits in the case is 16cm, the cooler is 159mm tho. It will probably touch the glass, is that a problem or...?

No, 16 cm is the max height, no room for a bigger cooler

Ik its stupid to change it, but i dont really like the looks of it hahaha

Just a quick note, i painted the top sticker black yes (really dumb). Aswell i painted my cables at the bottom black, my gpu power cables black, they were yellow/red and it ruined everything and i didnt want to buy sleeves lmao.  Everything was painted with a black pen

-Cooler Master Hyper 412S

There are more, but either they are expensive, or I dont like them. From these 3 i like the silverstone the most, but the LC power one is alot cheaper and 100% fits in my case and it doesnt look bad, but i have no idea if it performs well.
