CPU Fan Not Spinning

Please help i was using my computer and it was working fine then it just turned off by its self and now on boot the cpu fan wont spin. I tested the cpu fan on another motherboard and it works fine.

P.S I can boot into windows

That won't affect on stock cooler. Or any other cooler. Silent mode only makes them spin at low speed, which is usually as low as fan can spin (400-600rpm).

Does it start spinning after you boot into windows? If not, and if any other fan doesn't work on that header, RMA.
