AMD drivers servers SLOOOOOOOOOW

I'm trying to download an update here for my graphics card drivers but it goes really slow... It's not my internet because downloading other things goes normally. Is this happening to anyone else?

Both AMD and Nvidia driver servers are slow for me. Usually at one third of my available bandwidth or even less. I say that because it is never full speed but it does go faster when I am at school where I have more bandwidth.
