So let's get straight to it.

First system info. New: 530w Thermaltake 80plus bronze psu.

New: 2x4gb Hyperx ram

New: MSI r7 370

Existing: Can be found here http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c02773898 the 3 new items above are the only 3 things that have changed.

So basically my problem is i have a endless windows loop of "Preparing to repair" message. I have reinstalled windows on the hard drive inside it and it works fine on another pc then i tried it back in the hp pc and it doesn't work again. Just to make sure it didn't corrupt the drive i tried it back in another PC and there it was still work so the problem must be with the PC its self only. I also tried this with another SSD drive the extract same thing happens. It seems like windows is apart of the pc or the pc is forcing it into doing this

Ram might be the problem.

Need any more information just ask.

I have attached a few photos below in case they help.

I would say that dangling the hard drive upside down probably isn't helping, but if it's doing the same thing with an ssd too then I'm not sure.... What exactly has changed since it worked? You changed the ram, psu, and graphics card and this started happening?

Haha true and no its fine like that its definitely not the hdd becuase as i said i test the it with an ssd too. Nothings changed it still happens with old ram in and if i take the graphics card out and used on bored graphics and the psu shouldn't bring around any kind of error like this anyway.

Have you ever installed windows on the hard drive using this pc instead of installing it on another and transferring it to this one?

I havent, because i cant get any usb to boot i plug it in and select it on the boot menu then it shows the windows logo and continues the repair loop.
