Help me pick a CPU please

Hello everyone I'm building a PC and I need help picking a CPU that will match my needs. I'm using a MSI 970 GAMING DDR3 2133 ATX AMD Motherboard. I need a CPU that will be good for gaming and also steaming. I plan to be rendering videos and playing some hardcore graphic games. I just need help picking a CPU that will be able to manage all these things. Needs to be fast and also let me multitask like rendering and streaming and playing games. Again I'm IL need to be a am3+ slot and price range is around $150 USD. I have a little bit of flexibility. Any info is appreciated. Let me know your opinions please.

What's the total budget for your build? We might be able to put together something better for you :) But for those tasks your only choice is the 8350 on that mobo.

The Intel Core i7 4790k might be good for your needs.

On AMD mainboard? Not likely :P

If you have to stick with the AMD board then the 8350 (as said above) is about the best option... Personally I'd look used.

On AMD all you really have is the FX 6350/FX 8350 etc. I don't really know much about AMD CPUs.

I strongly suggest going intel. It would be more expensive to upgrade form amd to intel than intel to intel. If you go AMD you'd have to purchase a new mobo AND cpu, for which you'd have to reinstall your OS to work properly. If you can't afford an i7 I'd just save up longer until you can

Ignore all the Intel fanboys. Everyone knows AMD is superior. Go with this one here, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd9590fhhkwof it will do everything you need it to. And the best part is with how warm the cpu is, with it being winter time you can use your pc as a space heater.

An AMD FX 8350 or above will work just fine.

A better option is an i7 cpu. Either a 4790k or the 6700k. A 4790k will bet a lil bit cheaper and will have less problems if there will be any problems simply because it is a lil bit older which bugs have been ironed out.
