GPU questions

So, I want to get a new GPU (GTX 970), my cousin wants the GPU i have (GTX 770), he has a GTX 660.

 

I was wondering if it's worth it for him to upgrade to a 770? He would get mine for free.

 

But i was doing a little research and noticed that they both have the same amount of memory, hence my question. I also noticed that there was no prices on the 770.

770 is definitely better than 660. But for you, I will repeat what everyone else is saying: Get the R9 390x.

If you are looking to spend the same as a 970 and want similar or better performance, get the 390, if you can push your budget, get the 390x as it isnt that far of a 980 at a much cheaper price
