stream on other monitor decreasing performance

Hello i recently gotten a MSI gtx 970 and i hooked up my other monitor into it, and when i actually wanted to watch a stream on my other monitor while gaming it decreased performance by alot

example: was playing CSGO on a surf server with 800+ fps and when i turn on the stream and play it on my other monitor my fps drops to around 200 thats the issue im having.

while playing dota and watching a stream i drop from 120 fps to around 30
