I'd change out that PSU. Any 500W SeaSonic, XFX or Antec HCG PSU would do.

Don't get a Z board if you're not going to get an unlocked CPU. Also don't get a locked CPU with a Z board if you plan on upgrading to an unlocked CPU - it's better to just wait until you can afford an unlocked CPU if you wanna go that route.

 

Other than that looks fine.

Don't forget Locked Skylakes can be overclocked with a tweak or two or getting a certain mobos that come with that support out of the box. Not sure about this mobo though
