MalwareBytes, if that doesn't solve the problem then reinstall windows or reset factory settings.

My brother was on my computer and downloaded a movie from a website cause he thought it was free , Dumb-ass, anyways i need help because i constantly are getting these alert messages from avast blocking viruses , but some programs are opening and installing, even when i try to uninstall them it installs more, i ran windows security essentials but its not working. I also am having troubles shredding files because they are "in use" which means that its still installing viruses Please help me.

Try to boot in safe mode, and then run the antimalware programs.

Mystery is the source of all true science.

Combofix if you can though I believe it has limitations on what operating systems it can work with but in the past where I had very stubborn viruses that reproduced themselves when deleted and the file that recreates the virus can't be deleted, Combofix was the only program to solve my issues

Running Avast and AVG are gonna do about as much good as if he stood on his head for half an hour.  The Microsoft Security Essentials included with Windows works better than either of those.

OP needs Malwarebytes.  You may need to download the Chameleon version of malwarebytes if the malicious program is interfering with the regular version - https://www.malwarebytes.org/chameleon/

I'd also suggest booting into a rescue disk of some kind that way it can scan everything before Windows even loads as there are a lot of nasty things that like to embed themselves into Windows and can't be scanned while it's running.

Just follow the instructions below to create a rescue USB with Bitdefender and boot from the USB after it's created:

http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-create-a-bitdefender-rescue-cd-627.html

I'd also suggest running MBAR (Malwarebytes' anti-root kit software) just to make sure nothing got by everything else.
