My computer slows down the network

It slows down the network whenb plugged in. Once unplugged speed tests are fine. Plugged in they are slow.

I tried a new nicb allready

is your pc trying to connect somewhere ? whats the network load on the pc itself ?

sounds like DDOS botnet
