Does my CPU lifespan get shortened by temps? Or voltage?

Both.

Higher voltage produces higher temperatures. I would say hot temperatures like 80C would damage the processor more than more voltage (anything over 1.5v is hurting the processor, though).

But first, let's talk about parallel universes.

both if you thing about it. supply to much voltage and you fry it.... but getting to your answer. higher voltage leads to higher temps and temps is what kills cpus though high voltage can to so i say both

If you operate a CPU(or any component really) outside of its specifications, there is a good chance you will shorten its lifespan or harm it in some way. So, both over heating and over voltage can harm a CPU.
