How can I monitor my CPU temp when Im in fullscreen games?

Im new to gaming computers and I dont know much about them, Im wanting to keep an eye on my temps and whenever i go into full screen i cat monitor. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appraciated.

If you have a card that supports ShadowPlay, it comes built in with that.

Whenever I do how the video shows, I set everything to be show in display and when i click the Riva it wont open anything.

Use NZXT CAM and set the overlay on. Thank me later.
