Internet randomly sucking

So I would play CS:GO quite often and network connection was fine. Until one day it just becomes really choppy with a lot of lag to the point where it makes the game unplayable. It never used to do this and i've just been waiting day after day waiting for it to just go away. but it has not yet. I am using Wifi, but that shouldnt matter since the network worked fine
