is it my wi-fi or is it a hardware problem?

Could be Congestion on the connection

The bar is filling slowly, but i have no problem watching it even if i skip at any time.

my mum is on face book on her phone, brother watching you tube and my dad on his smart TV watching netflix

it worked fine for them but my internet especially hates ME ;-;

Ive seen my buffer bar go right then left then right and left. Like it was buffering and dumping its buffer. Some times I wonder about youtube.
