im going to get them from my home country, so the prices are way over that the pcpartpicker shows, so i dont have much money to upgrade anything...

I feel like you should drop that CPU cooler, you won't be overclocking anyways, but if you want one (or want to keep the scheme) Kyle from Awesomesauce Network did a white build and had some kind of white Enermax cooler in it that would probably work better.  You also don't need a Z97 chipset motherboard unless you plan on upgrading to an unlocked processor in the future.

I don't know about the VS series power supplies, but I have a brand bias for Seasonic.

Other than those things I think this build will be pretty solid, and that R9 390 should rock 1440p (unlike my 770 which barely gets by)

Emanuel is almost spot on.

Its a non K CPU so just use the stock cooler that comes with the CPU.

ok im was just wondering because i have heared bad thing about the stock coolers. but anyways im thinking about the gigabyte ga-h81m-hd3 motherboard instead of the z97-p, is that any good?
