[Win 10] all programms and settings lost on start up

So over the last several month I had this issue three times on two different PCs (my main one in the signatur as well as my low power media PC).

After start up my desktop is resetted to default, all programm installed are gone and it simply looks like a fresh install of windows 10.

Luckily if I restart the PC everything is back to normal. To it looks like windows is unable to fine my profile / settings somehow and use the default instead.

Does anybody else have a similar problem? Any idea how to fix it? Don't like to hit the day when a simple restart don't solve the problem anymore...

Well I experienced this problem many times too, But the only solution I had was restart until it's fixed, You can try to enter to windows uefi and restart from there, only to be sure that your HDD was cleaned up and not only " windows hibernated", try rebooting, is the only solution, and don't worry your data is not lost

uh Switzerland special edition of windows?

Sadly we not get a swiss german windows. But this would be pretty funny.

iOS on the other hand has this. Completely useless but funny.
