Best motherboard for a Elgato and GPU?

Heey guys, I do YouTube vids and Im thinking of buying the newest Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro, but at this moment I own the MSI H81M-P33 and there is no room for both, so my question is which mobo do I need and is below 100$, and doesnt requir a Windows reinstall.

Why the elgato? honestly can you not just use OBS?

How are they not fitting. There is a nice gap between the 16X slot and the 1X slot.
