Hey guys,

I need your help, what do you think would be the best setup to have around 5/10 cameras recording online with cloud stored data and being accessible through the internet?

I assume its a similar system than what linus has but i'm not sure if i should go for 1080p or 720 and which brand and price points ect.

All inputs are very welcome,

Thanks for your time

Durrendal.

I think you would just need a DVR with wireless live functionality.

Honestly it depends on the application. When I recommend surveillance equipment to clients it usually helps to know the application, how many locations to view, inside or outside, wireless or wired, field of view 35-180 degrees, how long to store the video (up to 6 months), pan/tilt/zoom function, continuous recording or motion sense recording, etc, etc....

Hi, thank a lot :) there would be around 5-10 locations both inside and outside with a 180 view angle if possible, the video storage would probably be 1 month as a minimum ideally, wireless is preferred as the area is professional and cables wouldn't look good. For the recording i guess motion sense recording would be better if is is accurate in the dark too, there isn't much point of recording a still image as it would be to prevent theft/ make sure employees did do what they were asked eg to clean up the entrance or remove that chair ect ect. It is important to note that we need to be able to access the camera feed from an online platform as we live in a different country than the one where the business is located. @SansVarnic
