Need new cheap GPU

Looking for a new GPU for a machine at work. Needs to meet the following requirements:

>Fits in a 1/2 sized PCIE slot

>Has HDMI

>Has either VGA or DVI

>Needs to only draw power from motherboard (no external connectors for power)

>Fanless

>Under $50

 

What do you guys think a good card would be?

 

Breaking things 1 day at a time

pick up something from best buy. I got a gtx 520 for like 36.99 lol

Order from their website and have them ship it
