what cable do I need

Those are sata.

I have a 2.5 inch hard drive that would normally go in something like a laptop.  Can anyone link me to a cable that I would need to plug this thing into my computer?  It's not a normal SATA cable but idk what I exactly need.

only 1.8 inch drives use a different connector, and slim dvd drives

NVM regular SATA.

 

Use desktop SATA cable.

 

If you don't have a sata power than you need a molex converter.

You would need the regular SATA cable and SATA power cable that you would use on a normal 3.5" drive. There are no differences between 2.5" drives and 3.5" drives in terms of compatibility unless there are some specifics like a soldered USB port or the drive being SAS, PATA or something else. :)

I didn't even realize they were normal SATA I thought they would be some weird proprietary connection.  It's all good I got it connected and wiped.
