It wouldn't be strong enough to cause any problems using a magnetic screw driver.

i even use magnetic screwdrivers but i still keep my HDD far away from it

I use magnetic screwdrivers all the time. 

I've magnetized them all myself as well, no problem here.

As long as you don't stick a monster magnet like @SK_Caterpilar_SK linked you should be fine.
