For an SLI watercooling setup your looking at around a starting price of $600 for a quality custom loop. You could get a kit say like this from EKWB and build from there by adding in extra GPU waterblocks or extra rads:

Assuming you still have a CM master case you can pretty comfortably fit a 240mm rad AIO for the CPU in there. Unless you're talking about custom cooling loops.

  • AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU   |   MSI FM2+ ATX A88X-G45 Motherboard   |   8GB 1600MHz RAM   |   MSI GTX 760 GPU (Reference)
  • Thermaltake Versa H22 Case   |   1TB Seagate, 0.5TB Hitachi (7200RPM)   |   ArcticRed+ 700WStock    |   Windows 8.1

k. Can't help you. I've been too scared to put plumbing near expensive hardware for a while.

Already have an AIO so custom loop.

Then it pretty much custom parts not an AIO GPU kit There are tons of videos on YouTube about custom cooling - but it's pretty much GPU waterblocks, tubing, fittings, reservoir, pump, radiators, coolant and fans.
