Im using a msi A68HM-E33V2 Mobo, AMD Athlon 860k, MSI GTX 960 4gb, and 16gb Kingston Value Ram. I was thinking about getting a Corsair CX750M, but I dont know if that would b overkill or not, I am planning to overclock as well. Thanks!

The Seasonic M12II series psus are realllllllllllllly good for their price, check it out

That's overkill. A good 450w would already be more than enough already. Where are you shopping/located? Budget?
