Buying my first android device, need a little help ;)

Hi guys!

I'm buying my first android device on Monday (galaxy s3 i9300) and have immediately plans to install the latest supernexus.

This is because I really like to stock look and feel of android as I have had a little experience with the galaxy nexus.

If anyone could tell me a good way to root my device that would be great, I've looked at Odin but i'm not sure is it's compatible with my device, ROM etc.

I apologize if i'm being a n00b at the moment but we all have to start somewhere xD

Odin works fine with your device. Since you are new, here is a nice toolkit for your device.

Hey. There are plenty of great flashing/rooting tutorials but here's my recommendation. As soon as you root, buy the app ROM Toolbox Pro. I got it a few weeks ago and it's pretty much the best utility money can buy for a rooted phone
