Chat and task assigning platform for business

Hello!

 

I am looking for a proper platform for our business in which i can assign tasks to different employees, chat with them based on these tasks.

It should  have some sort of CRM, in which i could set a workflow. maybe some kind of guide for new employees for different topics (what to do if: xyx)

 

If it would have an android application and a desktop Windows application it would be great. I am trying out some right now like Wrike and Bitrix24.

 

Any good ones that you use or have used in the past ?

Trello, Slack, in combination with Github/Source Tree.

 

Trello as a planning board.

Slack for the communication between the participants.

Github and Sourcetree for source control.
