Yeah, it's enough. But if your budget is $750, then I suggest you go for something more like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

There's also the fact that using a TV in place of a monitor is not as good, but if you want to save money, then it's fine.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X            | Cooler: Deepcool AK400  | Motherboard: B550 Elite AX V2  | Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 1TB  |

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB   | GPU: MSI RTX 3060 Ti    | Case: NZXT H440 (Red/Black)    | PSU: EVGA 650W G2             |

I would do this but get a bigger or faster ssd, drop the hdd for now and pick one up when you have some more spending money.

My favorite part of building your own PC is that you can skimp on some parts and upgrade or add them to the system later. for me, I have literally changed everything about my original build except for the cpu, my 3770k,

Here is where I would keep my frolics if I had any.

35 is very playable until you start playing at 60. I still find 30+ to be "fine" and enough for me to enjoy a game, but 60 is much preferrable and for me it's now hard to settle for anything below 50. Just a heads up

System: i7 4790K, Hyper 212 EVO, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix, GTX 1070 Super clocked, MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition, Corsair RM 750, Corsair 750D (with 2 additional 140mm NZXT fans up top for exhaust.)

380 is a good deal better option than the 960, and you'll want an i5 over an AMD CPU unless maybe you're doing streaming/rendering
