Need to cool my 2 gigabyte wind-force 980ti's

I'm looking to cool these more effectively as my nzxt h440 just gets super hot. I'm either gonna buy a new case. I want the phanteks evolv primarily. Or should I just water cool them. I'm either looking toward 2 g10 brackets. Or something from ek, so a full cover block. Price isn't too bad. But I don't wanna spend more than £400 really. Please help

My H440 never gets hot :)

Anyway EK is a trusted brand. So you are safe buying from them.
