Dual Screen

I like to play some games on a different aspect ratio like CSGO il swap from 1080p to 4:3 stretched sometimes for fun. But Il be watching a youtube video or a stream on full screen on my other monitor. When I run any game on stretched the full screen video will take only half the monitor space. I have a gtx 760. is there a setting in the nvidia control panel that would fix this
