Hope you can help I am in the middle of writing a macro for excel but need help with the picking file location manually not having the designate the location in my macro. Any help please?

You could use Application.Dialogs(), specifying msoFileDialogFolderPicker, msoFileDialogOpen or msoFileDialogSaveAs for example, depending on your need... or then perhaps place a path inside of an Excel cell/named range instead so it isn't hardcoded as 2 options.
