GPU not reaching the overclock.

So, I have overclocked my very slow and weak and crap GeForce 210 to 765 core clock and 650 memory clock,but it won't go over 405 core and 324 memory clock,also I detected a decrease in performance after I accidentally left Euro Truck Simulator 2 on pause screen for a couple of hours, that's when the problem started I think,I used to get 10 FPS on ETS 2 now it's 5,any idea wtf is going on?

I think..... get new GPU. Literally anything (post 2010) is better.

a. i would never play anything with less than 30fps because my eyes would start bleeding

b. xmas is over and you didnt spend some of the penny's of your gran, to end your suffering?  there are nice used gpu on the internet too ( comrade got a used 970 for like 150 bucks+warranty )

Q6600 2GB RAM AsRock G31M-S R2.0. I am used to crappy FPS.Here we don't really celebrate christmas,even the ones that do ,do it differnetly. At what webpage did comrade buy the GPU? Also this got to a completely different topic . @Bl00dgod

Also the only way for me to get money is working, but i'm 14 and it's ilegal for me to work in my country, but I will start a job next year.I never get money for any holiday, all my grandma's/grandpa's died before I was born, and my dad doesn't like games, as you would except... @Bl00dgod @TheRandomness .
