HD7770 drivers constantly crash

Zenedge

i have a hd7770 which ALWAYS crashes in games

2d environments are perfectly okay, no problems there, but once i go to a game it works fine for 10-15mins, then crashes.

it says display drivers has crashed and recovered blahblahblah.

is this card dead? i have no idea what is wrong.

i tried different

-PSUs

-motherboard

-processor

-OS

-rams

-videocards (other cards have no problems)

Black Flag is a very maybe could be capping the memory. But Dota, yeah shouldn't be happening. Did you try reinstalling drivers?

No, reinstall of the gpu drivers. Like the one's form the site. Like Crimson? Or the last version of CCC.

yes, that's the first thing i do at every fresh install of windows.

it is a completely fresh install, with only the latest crimson drivers installed.

same problem

Try switching the PCIE slot the card is in.

Here is a complete driver uninstaller

Although if you re-formated your HDD you shouldnt need this, but if you only did a windows 10 light uninstall, or whatever its called you should try it

Also, crimson drivers are known to have problems, its maybe worth a driver rollback

Try to run a basic openGL game, like minecraft, maybe there is something wrong with directx on your PC
