Quiet cpu cooler? Help:-(

The mounting brackets can be removed to accommodate any standard fan with 120mm mounting holes. 

Noctuas are great but they are a bit more expensive. If you don't mind the extra price, feel free to get them.

I use Bequiet Dark Rock pro , the only thing i found doing less noise than noctua fans.

Locked at 800rpmit can handle my 4690K oc 4,5Ghz.

 

maybe get a cheaper version with only 1 fan if it's only about noise.

I wish i could oc my body, during winter overheating would be great.

That would fit just like any other 120mm fan. The pwm version would be more appropriate though: https://www.skroutz.gr/s/3375761/Noctua-NF-S12A-PWM.html
